Day1

Arrival in Entebbe

Arrive at Entebbe International Airport, meet your driver-guide, and transfer to your hotel. Relax after your journey and receive a briefing about your upcoming Uganda adventure.

Day2

Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary and Transfer to Murchison Falls

Travel north toward Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for a guided rhino-tracking experience, subject to availability and confirmation. Continue to Murchison Falls National Park, enjoying Uganda’s changing countryside along the way.

Day3-4

Wildlife Game Drive in Murchison Falls National Park

Enjoy exciting game drives across the savannah in search of elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, antelopes, and other wildlife. Take a boat safari along the Nile toward the base of Murchison Falls, spotting hippos, crocodiles, and diverse birdlife. Visit the top of the falls for spectacular views, subject to access and conditions.

Day5

Transfer to Kibale Forest National Park

Depart Murchison Falls and travel south toward Kibale Forest National Park. Enjoy planned breaks for meals and refreshments before arriving at your lodge near the forest.

Day6

Chimpanzee Tracking and Bigodi Wetland Experience

Join a guided chimpanzee-tracking experience in Kibale Forest, subject to permit confirmation. If time permits, visit Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary for birdwatching, a guided nature walk, and an optional community experience.

Day7-8

Wildlife Safari in Queen Elizabeth National Park

Travel to Queen Elizabeth National Park and explore its diverse landscapes and wildlife-rich savannahs. Enjoy game drives in search of elephants, buffaloes, antelopes, and other wildlife, followed by a boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel to see hippos, crocodiles, and abundant birdlife. An excursion through the Ishasha sector may be considered if the route and schedule allow.

Day9

Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

Depart Queen Elizabeth National Park and travel toward Bwindi through Uganda’s beautiful southwestern highlands. Your route and overnight accommodation will depend on the confirmed gorilla trekking sector and permit availability.

Day10

Mountain Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi

Embark on a guided mountain gorilla trekking adventure. Follow authorised park guides through the rainforest in search of a habituated gorilla family, subject to permit confirmation. Return to your lodge to relax after this unforgettable encounter.

Day11-12

Relax and Explore Lake Bunyonyi

Travel to Lake Bunyonyi, a beautiful highland lake surrounded by terraced hills and green landscapes. Enjoy lakeside relaxation, canoeing, boat trips among the islands, birdwatching, guided nature walks, or optional community visits.

Day13

Transfer to Lake Mburo National Park

Depart Lake Bunyonyi and travel toward Lake Mburo National Park. Enjoy the scenic journey through southwestern Uganda and settle into your lodge on arrival.

Day14

Wildlife Safari in Lake Mburo National Park

Explore Lake Mburo National Park on a guided game drive in search of zebras, impalas, giraffes, buffaloes, and other wildlife. Depending on availability and park regulations, enjoy an optional guided nature walk or boat trip.

Day15

Return to Entebbe

After breakfast, begin your journey back to Entebbe for your onward departure. Allow sufficient time for the road transfer and consider an additional overnight stay if your international flight schedule requires it.

Paanvu was incredible and our driver Zaac did an amazing job at showing us some incredible sights, Safari’s, and waterfalls as well as being extremely knowledgeable about everything we got to explore! This was the second time I have worked with Zacc and Paanvuu Safaris in Uganda. This time, we traveled with my wife and daughter who were making their first visit to Africa.  Verified Really great time, very well put together!
This was my first safari ever and it was so good!! We had Zac taking us (2 ppl) and he was brilliant, super punctual and very knowledgeable about how to find specific animals on the trails. The vehicle was perfect, very comfortable to travel in but worked really well for safari too as the roof could be raised. We had so so much fun and would defo do it all over again <3

I have been on several safaris and this one was one of the best! Zacc took great care of our entire team, answering questions, taking care of all arrangements, driving safely, and providing a great experience. We visited Queen Elizabeth National Park in Uganda where we took two game drives and a boat safari. We saw many animals UP CLOSE and really got to experience the best of Africa. Zacc was an extraordinary guide. He spotted animals and made sure we had a moment to stop along the road to have a good look and take photos. He provided information and respectfully answered all our group’s questions. Water was always available in the van. He made sure we were comfortable and enjoying the trip along the way. There were times in our trip that required careful driving. I felt entirely safe and comfortable with Zac’s driving. He was kind, fun, and a great conversationalist.
